Return Policy

At Vibrations Clothing Boutique, we gladly accepts returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased online *within 30 days* of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) being issued to the customer by Vibrations Clothing Boutique.

Once checkout is complete, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled.

All Returns are for store credit only.  We do not offer exhanges or refunds.

If your gift card or store credit isn’t showing in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

  • Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire one (1) year from the date issued.
  • If your order is a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.

To start a return for any reason, you must contact us at support@vibrationsboutique.com within three (3) days (the first day of the return process window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order.  If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time. 

If you received a defective item, missing item, or an incorrect item, please contact us at support@vibrationsboutique.com within three (3) days (the first day of the return process window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order so we can determine the mishap.  If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time. 

Once your Return Request is approved, you will receive an RMA# and instructions to return your item(s).  All returns must be sent to the address provided in the RMA notice with the provided label. 

All return items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the RMA# being submitted to the customer to qualify for a refund. 

If your return request was not approved, we will provide an explanation via email.

Return orders cannot be combined so please submit one return request per order.

Items must be in resalable condition to be approved for return.  Moreover, the following items are non-returnable and considered final sale:

  • Sales Promotion Items: discounts, BOGO, B2G2, Doorbusters, etc.
  • Gift Cards
  • Jewelry, Hats, or Hair Accessories
  • Intimates (shapewear, bras, underwear, etc), bodysuits, tights, hosiery
  • lingerie
  • Swimwear without original and attached sanitary liner
  • Personalized or Custom made-to-order items
  • Swimwear missing original or unattached sanitary liner
  • Items returned in poor condition or outside of the return policy window
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or defective item. 

Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the "approved" returned package to process the return.

We will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Some return reasons will require a photo submission, please submit clear photos showing the issue.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend a returning your item via shipping method that provides a tracking number.  Any shipping costs incurred from shipping your order will be deducted from your return credit if items are returned.

Vibrations Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail.  Nonetheless, our goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers

Items returned without meeting the above criteria as stated in this policy must be sent back to the customer and marked as Final Sale.
